Shipping & returns
You buy from the retailer, so their shipping and returns apply. Here is how Moda helps you plan.
Delivery estimates
Each retailer's typical standard-shipping window is shown on every piece as "Arrives". When you tell the stylist the date of your event, Moda only shows pieces that can arrive the day before it, judged on the slow end of the retailer's window. Express options, where the retailer offers them, are chosen at their checkout.
Returns
Returns go back to the retailer under their policy — most of the retailers we index offer free returns within 14 to 30 days. The policy link is on your order confirmation and on the retailer's product page.
Sizes
"Sizes in stock" is read from the retailer when you open a piece. If your size sells out between our check and theirs, their page will say so; the stylist also drops sold-out sizes from results the moment it sees them.
Something went wrong with an order?
Contact the retailer first — they hold the order. If a Moda listing was wrong (price, size, image), tell us and we'll fix the record.
