1. What Moda is
Moda is a search and styling service. We index products sold by third-party retailers and help you find them. We do not sell those products, take payment, ship, or handle returns; the retailer does, under its own terms.
2. Accuracy
We work hard to keep prices, sizes and availability current — including live checks with retailers — but the retailer's site is the source of truth at the moment of purchase. Match labels (exact, close, similar) are our best judgement, not a guarantee.
3. Your content
Photos and text you submit are used to run your search. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload. Don't upload images of people who haven't agreed to it.
4. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to circumvent access controls on Moda. Automated access requires written permission.
5. Affiliate relationships
Some retailer links pay Moda a commission. This does not affect the price you pay or the ranking of results.
6. Liability
Moda is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from purchases made on retailer sites, or from reliance on availability or delivery estimates.
